Sparging - Fab brewing batch #4. We initially used a spray ball to sparge with, but have since made a rotating sprinkler style arm which works a lot better.	The 1st pallet of Arctic Fox Ice Cap Lager.

The cooling system. Cold water is pumped into the jacketed fermenters to keep them at the set temperature during fermentation and conditioning. We've added some extra insulation around the fermenters to help with temperature control.	Our grain mill.
