Arctic Fox Ice Cap Lager

The Arctic Fox Ice Cap Lager is a refreshing beer, best served arctic cold. The rich golden colour and body of the beer is created by using a traditional mashing process combining three different Australian malts.

The refreshing bitterness is created by the early addition of Cascade hops and the distinctve stone fruit aromas are developed from the generous addition of Summer Saaz hops at the end of the boil.

Arctic Fox beers are naturally carbonated and bottle conditioned. You may notice a thin layer of yeast at the bottom of each bottle of Ice Cap Lager, this yeast provides a natural protection for our beers.

The Ice Cap Lager is available in 330mL bottles and on tap.

Arctic Fox English Pale Ale

The Arctic Fox English Pale Ale is a refreshing beer with a rich full body. We combine six English and Australian malts which produce a unique complex malt character.

A subtle hop character and light bitterness is developed through the addition of traditional English hops.

The English Pale Ale is bottle conditioned just like our Ice Cap Lager, however the finished beer has a slightly lower carbonation level.

The English Pale Ale is available in 330mL bottles.

Arctic Fox American Pale Ale

The Arctic Fox American Pale Ale is all about the hops.

First we add some hops, then more hops, even more hops, and finally extra hops.

There is nothing subtle about this beer, big fruity hop aroma, big hop taste and a big refreshing bitterness.

The American Pale Ale is available in 330mL bottles and on tap.

Arctic Fox Special Brew Chocolate Stout - NEW!!

It's black as night and tastes a delight!

Our chocolate stout is a rich full flavoured stout with hints of chocolate and coffee. Light fruity esters add a sweetness and complexity.

The Special Brew Chocolate Stout is 5.9% alc/vol and is available in 500mL bottles.
